Apart from his learning from observations and experience, he has also trained himself through

Applied Psychology, D. Child Psychology, Advance Level Psychology Certificate, D. Positive Psychology,
D. Psychotherapy, D. CBT, D.REBT, D. DBT, Positive Psychology Certification, and also is a Lifetime

In addition to his mental healthcare practice, he has also earned his abilities from corporate management
experience, training managers and students. He has led successfully management institutes / colleges as
the Director and pioneered a pattern in Management Education as against the conventional one by

A highly motivated and dynamic professional, Irene’s career to date has been immensely rewarding, as she moved the pyramid from assisting the Corporate Management to Customer Service to Human Resource Development and then to Entrepreneurship and Training. Her career has given her the opportunity to take up different challenges at different stages of her working life, and thereby adding rich versatile experience in cross -functional activities.
She treasures her stint with customer service and human resource management, so much so that she enjoys training and mentoring people on the same, today. She heads overall Operations owing to her long- standing corporate experience of more than 28 years.
Team Management, hard work, practice, flexibility and sportsmanship are essential qualities for efficient Management, the significance and relevance of which she has drawn from and demonstrated by winning district & state level championships in athletics and also by being a Certified Private Pilot. An avid trekker, loves travelling, exploring nature and people of all cultures and has travelled to more than 45 countries across the globe.
